Information you choose to send
When you submit the project brief, the information is transmitted to 2ME LAB SRL by email through Cloudflare infrastructure. We process it to answer the enquiry, assess a potential project and maintain the resulting business correspondence. If online delivery is unavailable, the form offers your own mail application as a fallback.
Technical data
Like most hosted websites, essential infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the service, such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information.
Cookies and analytics
Marked Matter uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregated website usage and performance, such as page views, referrers, country, browser and device type. According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics. Fonts are served from this website. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural profiling. The brief may include a non-personal source label identifying the page from which you contacted us.
Purposes and legal bases
We use the name, business contact details and project information you provide to assess and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, where you act for an organisation, our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Essential security and diagnostic processing serves our legitimate interest in protecting the website. Processing required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c).
Required and optional information
The fields marked with an asterisk are needed to identify the enquiry and respond. Technical project details are optional. If the required information is not provided, we cannot process the online brief. Please do not include sensitive personal information or data about other people that is unnecessary for the project. We do not use enquiry data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Recipients and international processing
Enquiries are handled by authorised personnel at 2ME LAB SRL and service providers needed for website hosting, security and email delivery, including Cloudflare. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the applicable transfer basis and safeguards must be in place, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details about the providers and safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
Retention
We retain an enquiry while assessing and responding to it, and thereafter only where needed for the resulting business relationship, statutory record-keeping or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We determine retention according to the status of the enquiry, the document type and the applicable obligation. Technical logs are retained according to the operational security and diagnostic needs of the service.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the competent authority in your country of habitual residence, work or the alleged infringement.
